If you are new to Solution Focus (SF) and you would like to get the most out of the conference, than joining the 1 day pre-conference might be a good opportunity for you!

The Solution Focused approach has proven to be a very powerful and successful approach to deal with complexity, problems and change.
The approach aims to discover “what works” in a given situation, simply and practically. With the focus on:
· “What is wanted?” (instead of “What’s wrong?”)· “What is going well?” (instead of what is lacking)
· a practical step by step progress (rather than overambitious planning).
it leads to a culture of collaboration and sustainability (rather than blame and mistrust).
SF has its roots in the therapeutic approach devised by Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer. It is transforming coaching, consulting, management and leadership in organizations all over the world.
